We recommend having your septic tank pumped out every 2-3 years, unless advised otherwise by a professional. A few signs that your septic tank is overdue for a pump out are as follows:

• Plumbing backing up into the toilet and/or shower.
• Strong odors inside or outside of the house.
• A wet area around the tank and the drain field.
• Slow drainage and gurgling water in toilets, sinks, showers, etc.

We highly encourage all our customers to use additives such as bacteria when getting your septic tank pumped out to ensure proper separation of wastewater.

We repair old drain fields and install new drain fields, both of which are serviced to ensure good flow and proper treatment. These services will go through a permit process with the Department of Health. If you think you have a bad drain field call for an inspection and pump out so we can give you a free estimate and answer any questions.

A lift station is designed to pump wastewater directly to the drain field. Depending on the elevation of your system; the Health Department may require you to have a lift station installed. Any and all work we do with a new lift station install will be covered by warranty. Depending on the condition of your tank you may need regular pump outs. If you have any concerns regarding your system, please give us a call.

We service both interior and exterior grease traps. Proper pumping of your grease traps will establish good flow and will decrease chances of having major clogs in the city sewer line. This is a high-pressure hose that has a certain tip that is used for major clogs and line cleaning. This service is highly recommended for both septic and grease trap maintenance.
